Early Love for Music
Music has always been a big part of SENARI’s life. His first connection with music started when he was very young. His mother sent him to music school when he was in first grade. At that time, he had to choose between learning keyboard or guitar. He picked the keyboard because he thought the guitar looked too difficult for a child.
Even though he was not fully interested in music lessons at first, things slowly changed because of his father. His father loved rock music and often played songs by Queen at home. One album that made a huge impact on SENARI was Queen Live Killers. Listening to those songs helped him understand that music was more than just background sound. It could create emotions and excitement.
Influences From Different Genres
As he grew older, SENARI started exploring many music styles. During the early 2000s, he became interested in bands like Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, and Korn. He also enjoyed alternative rock and indie music from bands such as Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand, and Oasis.
These bands helped shape his music taste. He loved how they mixed strong melodies with emotional lyrics and creative guitar sounds. SENARI believes the 2000s were one of the best times for music because bands were a major part of popular culture.
Learning to Create Music
Even though SENARI loved music for many years, he only started making his own songs seriously in his late twenties. At first, he recorded simple ideas on his phone and experimented with a loop station. Later, everything changed when he discovered GarageBand.
GarageBand gave him the chance to record songs at home without needing an expensive studio. He bought a simple microphone, used his guitar, and slowly learned how to layer instruments and create full songs by himself.
One of his songs, Berlin, came together very quickly. He started with synth sounds using a MIDI keyboard and later added guitars and vocals. Most of the instrumental parts were completed within a few hours. This creative freedom helped him become more confident as an artist.
Love for Guitars
Guitars play an important role in SENARI’s music. He was deeply inspired by John Frusciante from Red Hot Chili Peppers. Watching live performances motivated him to buy his first guitar, a Squier Stratocaster.
Today, he mainly uses a Fender Jazzmaster for recording. He likes bright and emotional guitar tones that fit his post punk and indie style. SENARI also believes musicians do not need expensive gear to create good music. Creativity and passion are more important than costly equipment.
A Passion for Independent Music
SENARI’s story shows that anyone can start making music with dedication and creativity. He records most of his songs from home and enjoys the freedom of being an independent artist. His journey proves that great music can come from simple ideas, honest emotions, and the courage to take the first step.
